An integrative blend of therapeutic strategies focusing on achieving symptom relief, practice of mindful self-awareness, checking in with the mind-body connection and recognizing the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. What to Expect?

If we agree to work together, I will send you a link to fill paperwork out online through simple practice. The first few sessions will include assessment, establishing trust, and collaboration on an individualized plan. You may need short term therapy for an immediate concern or decide to go deeper and focus on long-term therapy to heal from past childhood wounds. 

 Therapy Modalities

A combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Holistic Therapy.

Holistic Therapy 

Client therapy plan includes any or all of the following techniques. A customized plan will be created:

  • Talk therapy to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  • Journaling that helps you to move out of overthinking into the present moment.
  • Breathwork and stress reduction exercises that help relax the nervous system and reduce physical and mental stress.
  • Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping helps to cope with difficult emotions and trauma in the body.
  • Mindfulness and Centering exercises to help with stress and anxiety symptoms.
  • Short Meditations that can assist you with relaxation and to gain a better understanding of self. 
  • Resources provided for the client and their families regarding support groups, books, and podcasts
